UPDATE: Address is still valid, checked on 2017 Nov 20. This post was written in 2015 and I am unsure if pledis still accepts fan letters (heard fangifts arent allowed anymore). If they still do, you can still follow this and send it to seventeen but I would not recommend it because it cost quite a lot and I am doubtful that the boys would get to read it even if pledis did receive it. Unless you're going to Korea and attending music bank, inki etc and staffs collects letters or fansign, I am uncertain if any other method other than those are safe for your letters to be delivered to the boys.
DISCLAIMER:
This is how I, Germ, send it so if it doesn't work for you, I hold no responsibility but I will try to help you as much as possible so if you have any questions, you can mention/dm me at @leese0kmin or askfm me at leeseokmins. I have tried sending them several times and they received it all and also wore my gift thrice. BUT BUT BUT BUT BUT this was before they moved to the new building.

After they moved to a new building, I've tried sending stuffs to them too and they've received it (through the tracking thing) but I did not give them any shirt so I have no idea if they've seen it or not. So if you were to try to send it to them, do it at your own risk and please do not blame me if they did not wear or whatever your stuff. These things are more like a luck because now that they've debuted, they have sponsors and they wear stage outfits all the time so chances of them wearing your gifts would be lesser.
How to send stuffs to SEVENTEEN
Step 1
Prepare your gift and put them in a box or envelope that is strong enough. Make sure you seal the box/envelope tightly!
You can also put bubble wrap to protect your items.
Note: remember to check what you can send and what you cannot if not you will not be allowed to send it!
Example: Toothpaste and liquids are not allowed
You can buy the box or envelope in the post office and wrap your items there too!
Step 2
Go to the post office with your box/envelope and tell the person that you are sending it to South Korea through EMS/Registered postage/Normal postage or etc, each option cost differently and takes different time to reach S.Korea.
(You can check this at your country's post office website.)
The person would weigh your item, confirm the price and option of how you want it to be sent by and he should give you this form to fill in.
I don't know what form you would get, but for mine, in Singapore, I had to fill up my name, address, contact and the receiver's name, address, contact and all. They would also give you a form to declare what you are sending.
After you fill this form, give it to the person and that person will settle everything for you and DONE!
(If you opt for tracking, you would receive a tracking number to track the location and if the receiver have received it or not)
What to write on the box/envelope

Pledis address:
Kor: 서울특별시 봉은사로 67길 5(강남구 삼성동 44-20)
Eng: South Korea, Seoul, Bongeunsaro 67-gil, 5 Gangnam-gu Samseongdong 44-20
According to my experience, they have no postal code.
Telephone: 02-548-1677

On the box, you write the Korean one (copy exactly) ((but if you want, you can write both to be safer)) and on the paper the post office staff give, write both (so that both Korea and your country can read).
Remember to write 'To: 세븐틴' or 'To: (member name)'. Anything you prefer!
Price:
For all the times I sent, it cost at least SGD$90 on shipping but i use EMS. The weight was around 1kg? or more.
I don't know about your country's rate but I recommend you to send your stuff earlier so you can opt for the cheaper option which takes more days to arrive.
That's all!
I'm not sure if I missed out anything but this had been highly requested so hERE IS IT I DID IT FOR Y'ALL
feel my love
anyway if you were to share this please credit me properly.
I did not type all this for so long just to see people taking credit of what they did not do.
